1. Disconnect Instagram
To remove StudioTwin's access to your Instagram account and delete the Instagram credentials we store:
- Sign in to StudioTwin and go to Settings.
- Find the Instagram connection and click Disconnect.
- This revokes our access token with Meta and deletes the stored Instagram credentials and post metadata associated with your account.
You can also revoke access directly from Instagram at any time: open Instagram, go to Settings → Apps and Websites, and remove StudioTwin from the list of authorized apps.
2. Disconnect Fanvue
To revoke StudioTwin's access to your Fanvue account, sign in, go to Settings, and disconnect the Fanvue integration. This revokes the OAuth tokens we store and stops all scheduling, AI chat, and automation features that depend on Fanvue access.
3. Delete your entire StudioTwin account
To request full account deletion (including profile, scheduled posts, AI configuration, automation logs, and all connected-platform data), contact us through Discord support server.
Include your Fanvue handle or StudioTwin account email so we can verify the request before making irreversible changes. Deletion requests are processed within 2 business days.
4. What gets deleted
- Instagram and Fanvue OAuth tokens and refresh tokens.
- Connected-platform identifiers (IG user ID, Fanvue UUID, handles, avatars).
- Scheduled posts, captions, vault metadata, and campaign settings.
- AI configuration, chat history, persona settings, and automation logs.
- Support conversations linked to the account.
5. What may be retained
Some records may be retained where strictly necessary for security, fraud prevention, billing reconciliation, or legal compliance. Where this applies, we limit the retained data to the minimum needed and isolate it from the active service.
