1. Acceptance
By accessing or using StudioTwin, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business.
2. Eligibility and account access
You must use a valid Fanvue account and complete authentication through the official Fanvue OAuth flow. StudioTwin does not ask for, collect, or store Fanvue passwords.
3. Authorized use
You may use StudioTwin only for lawful, authorized creator operations.
- Do not bypass platform safeguards, moderation systems, rate limits, or permissions.
- Do not use the service to harass, exploit, deceive, impersonate, or harm others.
- Do not submit malware, destructive code, or hidden automation outside documented features.
- Do not misrepresent what data you are authorized to access or process.
4. Third-party services
StudioTwin depends on third-party services, including Fanvue, hosting providers, storage providers, AI vendors, and billing providers where enabled. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms.
5. Availability and changes
We may improve, modify, suspend, or remove parts of the service to protect platform integrity, fix bugs, respond to legal requirements, or maintain stability. We will act reasonably, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
6. Fees and paid features
If paid functionality is offered, the applicable pricing, billing channel, and entitlements will be shown before purchase. You are responsible for providing accurate billing details and for any taxes that apply to your use of the service.
7. Content and responsibility
You remain responsible for the content, schedules, automations, campaigns, and instructions you create or approve through StudioTwin. You must ensure that your use of the service complies with Fanvue rules and applicable law.
AI generation carries three rules that admit no exception, and they are shown in the product where you generate:
- Generate only likenesses you hold the rights to: yourself, or someone who has given you documented consent.
- No real people you hold no rights to. That includes celebrities, public figures, and other creators.
- Nothing depicting anyone who is, or appears to be, under 18. Prompts and references must be of adults only.
Adult generation is off until you turn it on yourself, which requires confirming you are 18 or older. Breaking any of these rules can end your access without notice, and we report what we are required to report.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if needed to address abuse, security risk, legal exposure, non-payment, or violations of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time and may request deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimer and limitation
StudioTwin is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
